Will das Team selbst entscheiden bei einem Thema oder soll lieber doch die F\u00fchrungskraft entscheiden? Eine Methode in Gestalt eines Spiels, das mir als F\u00fchrungskraft und Betriebsarzt dabei geholfen hat, ist <strong>Delegation Poker<\/strong>. \ud83d\ude0e<br><br>\ud83d\udc49 Schritt 1: Introduction und Regeln<br>Wir beginnen mit einer kurzen Einf\u00fchrung in die Regeln des Spiels. Jedes Teammitglied erh\u00e4lt eine bestimmte Anzahl an Karten, die jeweils eine bestimmte Delegationsstufe repr\u00e4sentieren (Kontinuum: &#8222;Team entscheidet&#8220; bis hin zu &#8222;F\u00fchrungskraft entscheidet allein&#8220;).<br><br>\ud83d\udc49 Schritt 2: Themen definieren<br>Wir definieren gemeinsam die Themen, \u00fcber die entschieden werden soll. Von der Urlaubsplanung bis hin zur Einstellung eines neuen Teammitgliedes.<br><br>\ud83d\udc49 Schritt 3: Karten spielen<br>Jedes Teammitglied spielt nun seine Karte, um auszudr\u00fccken, welchen Grad an Partizipation an der Entscheidung es bevorzugt.<br><br>\ud83d\udc4f Delegation Poker f\u00f6rdert meiner Erfahrung nach die offene Kommunikation und Transparenz innerhalb des Teams. Jedes Teammitglied erh\u00e4lt eine bestimmte Anzahl an Karten, die jeweils eine bestimmte Delegationsstufe repr\u00e4sentieren (Kontinuum: &#8222;Team entscheidet&#8220; bis hin zu &#8222;F\u00fchrungskraft entscheidet allein&#8220;). \ud83d\udc49 Schritt 2: Themen definierenWir definieren gemeinsam die Themen, \u00fcber die entschieden werden soll. Von der Urlaubsplanung bis hin zur Einstellung eines neuen Teammitgliedes. \ud83d\udc49 Schritt 3: Karten spielenJedes Teammitglied spielt nun seine Karte, um auszudr\u00fccken, welchen Grad an Partizipation an der Entscheidung es bevorzugt. \ud83d\udc4f Delegation Poker f\u00f6rdert meiner Erfahrung nach die offene Kommunikation und Transparenz innerhalb des Teams.
